John Byrne Barry’s Bones in the Wash Wins BAIPA Best Book 2015

John Byrne Barry’s first novel—Bones in the Wash: Politics Is Tough. Family Is Tougher—won two awards from the Bay Area Independent Publishers Association (BAIPA) at its December meeting, the Best Fiction (Mystery or Science Fiction) and the top prize, Best Book 2015. Barry is a member of the Marin and Berkeley branches and board member and webmaster for Marin.
